Deepblue is delighted to announce its work has
received critical recognition this month with one
of our clients winning a prestigious Northern Star Award.
Energy services company, Prospect, clinched
the award for Best Customer Service at the ceremony held on
27th September.
Despite tough competition from Aberdeen College
and John Lewis PLC, Prospect triumphed in winning the Customer
Service award - described as being:
"Awarded to the company that consistently delivers
outstanding customer service and can demonstrate, through
structured assessment and satisfaction measurement, that meeting
customer's
needs is a priority throughout their entire business."
Integral to Prospect winning the award was an
innovative online system designed and built by Deepblue to
issue, process and
compile
1st Point FPAL Assessment feedback forms.
In a letter, written by Steven Leaper of the
company, Prospect commented:
Dear Stuart
I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that Prospect
last night won the excellence in customer service category
at the Northern Star 2007 awards. I don't know if you know
much about Northern Star but it is easily the biggest and most
prestigious awards event in NE Scotland, and last night was
attended by over 1000 of the regions great and good. The ceremony
was hosted by Fiona Bruce (BBC newsreader and journalist) and
held at the AECC.
Crucial to our award entry, and something that caught the eye
of the judging panel, was the Prospect online supplier feedback
system. I am delighted to acknowledge DeepBlue's contribution
to our success by taking the online supplier feedback system
concept, developing it and delivering exactly what we requested.
The system works fantastically well and client end form completion
is over 50%. Using the old paper system we were lucky to hit
5%.
Please extend our gratitude to your team and let me buy you
a beer sometime soon.
Kind regards
Steve
Of course, while we're absolutely delighted
for Prospect and are wholeheartedly grateful for the company's
appreciation of our work, the most important thing in
our opinion is the offer
of a beer. We're contactable anytime Steve, day or night
